Generally, 2 Days prior to the delivery date would be enough. But if you would like to request special flowers, please allow a minimum of 1 week for us to order them for you.

We are operating on online platforms, and we currently don’t open our workshop to the public. So, self-pick-up is currently unavailable.
But you know the good news? We provide free delivery to most metropolitan areas within Hong Kong! So, you don’t have to worry about picking them up yourself.

Normally, there are two methods:
(1) “Buy it yourself” – Mail your gift to our designated SF-Express store (Delivery fee by customer).
(2) “We help you buy” – Other than the cost of the item, we would charge a purchasing fee ($180 – $580 depending on the item)
* If the item is no larger than the size of our bouquet, we can help you deliver the gift alongside with the bouquet at no extra cost.
* If the item is larger than the size of our bouquet, a delivery will be charged depending on the size and weight of the item.

Don’t worry, we got you covered! A flower vase will be provided to keep your flowers hydrated! Keep in mind that when you are not using the bouquet, put it back into the vase (with water) and keep it under the shade.
